Allen Halbrook is the General Counsel for Incline P&C Group and each of its subsidiaries. After graduating from the University of Texas, School of Law, Mr. Halbrook went to work as a Special Assistant for a U.S. Congressman, becoming the Legislative Director before returning to Texas to practice law. 

He has over 25 years of experience representing clients in regulatory, litigation, and related corporate activities. Mr. Halbrook began his legal career in private practice and has served as the general counsel of a state regulatory agency. 

Immediately prior to coming to Incline, Halbrook spent 18 years at the one of the premier regulatory law firms in Texas and served as its president for his last seven-plus years there. While at Incline, in addition to his other duties, he has completed anti-money laundering training, obtaining a course certification with distinction.
