Charlie focuses on assisting a wide variety of clients navigate Maine’s administrative, regulatory and legislative arenas.  His concentration within these arenas has primarily been on behalf of the insurance industry.  His long practice within all sectors of the industry allowed him to participate in virtually all the major policy debates in Maine involving insurance over the past 35 years.  His regulatory and compliance work during this same time period before the Maine Bureau of Insurance makes him one of the most experienced insurance counsel in Maine.
