Mark G.R. Warren, born in Tyler, Texas, December 4, 1958, was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1993, to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri in 1993, and to the U.S. Court of Appeals Eighth Circuit in 1993. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 from the University of Texas, Tyler, and his Juris Doctorate in 1993 from Oklahoma City University School of Law. His accomplishments include Phi Alpha Delta; Member, Oklahoma City University Law Review 1992-1993; Oklahoma City University School of Law Moot Court Board 1991-93; City Prosecutor and City Attorney, New Bloomfield, Missouri, 1993-present; City Attorney, City of Eldon, Missouri, 2003-present: City Attorney, City of Lake Ozark, Missouri, 2004-2009; and is the co-author, with Ann Monaco Warren, "Regulation of Insurance in Missouri," Missouri Bar Desk Book, Missouri Insurance Practice Manual, 5th Edition, 2004 Cumulative Supplement to Chapter 1 (2004). He is a member of the Missouri Bar and has served as Chairman of the Insurance Law Committee; Federation of Regulatory Counsel, Treasurer 2005-present; and the Jefferson City Rotary Club,. Mr. Warren's concentration of practice is in insurance regulation, insurance defense, and corporate law.
