Ann Monaco Warren was born in Jefferson City, Missouri, in December of 1959. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1985, the Missouri Bar in 1992, and the Oklahoma Bar in 1992. She was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas in 1986, and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma in 1992, and to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri in 1993. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and her Juris Doctorate in 1985 from St. Mary's University School of Law, San Antonio Texas. Mrs. Warren serves as General Counsel of the Surplus Lines Association of Missouri.
