Ann Monaco Warren was born in Jefferson City, Missouri, in December of 1959. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1985, the Missouri Bar in 1992, and the Oklahoma Bar in 1992. She was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas in 1986, and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma in 1992, and to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri in 1993. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and her Juris Doctorate in 1985 from St. Mary's University School of Law, San Antonio Texas. Her accomplishments include Phi Alpha Delta; Co-author: "Miscellaneous Consumer Related Chapter & Bankruptcy Matters, University of Texas School of Law Seventh Annual Bankruptcy Conference Manual, 1988; Author, "Regulation of Insurance in Missouri," Missouri Insurance Practice Manual, 4th and 5th Edition, 1994 and 2000;  and is the co-author, with Mark G.R. Warren, "Regulation of Insurance in Missouri," Missouri Bar Desk Book, Missouri Insurance Practice Manual, 5th Edition, 2004 Cumulative Supplement to Chapter 1 (2004).; Assistant General Counsel at the Oklahoma Department of Insurance from 1992-1993; Law Clerk to the Honorable C. Houston Abel, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, 1988 to 1991; Assistant Prosecutor, Smith County, Texas 1985-1988. She is a member of the Missouri Bar, Insurance Committee of the Missouri Bar serving as Chairman of the Insurance Committee 2002-2003; Cole County Bar Association (Secretary / Treasurer 1998, Vice President 1999, President 2000), Oklahoma Bar Association, State Bar of Texas; Federation of Regulatory Counsel and past President of the Mid-Missouri Claims Association. Mrs. Warren serves as General Counsel of the Surplus Lines Association of Missouri. Mrs. Warren's concentration of practice is in Insurance Regulation Law, Corporate and Business Law, and Estate Planning.
