Senate Bill 019 adds a new section, C.R.S. § 10-16-105.2 authorizing small employers to make reimbursements to its employees where the employers do not have (and have not had in the previous 12 months) a small group health benefit plan providing coverage to its employees  Emergency Insurance Regulation E-11-04 requires insurers to request certain information as part of the application process.
